How much notice do we need to give to terminate the Acme contract, and what's the liability cap?
You can terminate the Acme agreement for convenience with 60 days' written notice, and any prepaid fees for the terminated period are refunded pro-rata. The provider's liability is capped at the total fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
