Full-time employees accrue paid time off at a rate of 1.67 days per month, for a total of 20 days per calendar year. Unused PTO of up to 5 days may be carried into the following year.

Employees may work remotely up to three days per week. Fully remote arrangements require director approval and are reviewed on an annual basis.
